Film For Thought 2019 Awards

I have decided that, for the first time on this blog, I would hand out specific awards to films of this year. There are some films that that would not touch my top ten but excel in certain categories, so this is a way to highlight my appreciation for those films in a positive light. Some of the awards are common for critics circles, but there are some fun categories thrown in as well.

DISCLAIMER: I live in the UK and as such, I have not seen a lot of the films that other people are giving awards to. This includes but is not limited to: Parasite, The Lighthouse, Portrait of a Lady on Fire, Jojo Rabbit, 1917 and Bombshell.
